S.A’s offers travellers personally guided, exciting & alternative, Safaris to any of the following destinations: South Africa (Garden Route, Drakensberg, Kruger Park), Namibia, Botswana, Mozambique & Swaziland.
Bush/Game Viewing, Diving, Surfing, Hiking/Rock Climbing & Adrenaline Safaris can be arranged.
1, 3, 5 & 7 day, Mini tours around the Western Cape are also available (Minimum 4 pax).
Tour includes: Transport (in 8 & 10 seat, VW Microbus or Toyota Hi-Ace Vehicles), Accommodation (formal campsites, backpackers & Guest Farms) All Camping Equipment, Breakfast & Evening Meals (restaurant meals, snacks & drinks are not included), National Park Entrance Fees & Experienced Driver/Tour Guide.
Minimum 4 (four pax) Maximum 6 (six pax) required for tour to depart (so bring along a few friends!). Prices & Departures on request.

All that is required from you is an idea of the proposed itinerary for your trip, your arrival/departure dates & choice of accommodation options & we’ll do the rest!
S.A’s - “The Alternative Place” can arrange a suitable hire car for you, with enough FREE kilometres to get you there & back safely! We can reserve your requested accommodation (Camping sites, Backpackers Hostels, Guest Farms or Hotels) & supply you with a complementary detailed itinerary for your trip. We can even arrange some of the many activities available to you, along your route in advance, so forget about the pre-departure hassles & look forward to the adventure!
